Andre A. Davis (Managing Partner) and I, Joseph Davidson (Managing Partner) are seeking to purchase distressed residential complexes. We are targeting states that have been most severely affected by the 2008 Financial Crisis. Through our research and third-party research, California and Nevada are great places to start investing while housing has bottomed. According to RealtyTrac, in California 38% can be saved from current market value and Nevada just as high of number. At AJ Astor Capital Management, we firmly believe 2012-2013 is the primary time to buy many real assets before the true value is met at a real equilibrium.
We seek to only purchase complexes with cosmetic fixes and nothing that would cost too much to fix. We have a contractor consultant on board as well as a broker who has been in the business for over 20 years.
The fundamentals of our company are solid but the only problem our firm faces is lack of funding. I look forward to getting in contact with investors and making the best of an unique opportunity we are met with.
