Description:
We are a small single-family housing landlord. Have suffered considerably here with the real estate crisis. Have an ammended business model to take advantage of the low cost of housing here in the St. Louis marketplace, 1 of the top three metro areas for quality real estate development. Our plan is to buy and rehab for rent-to-own, thereby passing along the costs of maintenance, taxes and insurance to the tenant. Rental property is o the upswing with the tight credit and lending climate at this point intime.
