As you probably have seen in the news, there are alot of forclosures and bank owned properties. I am concentrating on the rehabbing of multi-family foreclosed properties that are bank owned. The properties are very competitively priced and leave plenty of room for profit. As with any real estate investment there is always the chance the property will not sell quickly. This is why I am concentrating on the multi-family homes. I can rent them out and make a profit well the property is being marketed. Not only will this provide profit it makes the property more valuable because it is an income producing property.
