We are offering an opportunity of a life time. We are looking for an investor to invest in 5 year contract to build hotels from ground level to a turn key level. Meaning the following, we will guaranty 3 hotels, if possible 4, openned and already staffed in a period of one year. That translates to 15 hotels in 5 years. We will insure that each hotel will be build from ground level to a turn key level in 6-8 months of work with mother nature's help. I will provide all labor work needed to assure our goal. All we need is an investor to fund all materials needed and labor cost to perform our duties and be motivated to complete this goal. I will also provide a 2 year warranty on each hotel build.
