we are concrete subcontractors, are sales are low due to not having capitol for labor, we get paid no earlier than 45 day from completion of job. we can't handle the labor for that long, we have credit line from all the vendors needed when it comes to materials, we currently turned down a $90,000.00 job with $25,000.00 profit due to not haveing the capitol.
