We operate differently than traditional electric companies. At Reach Energy, our number one goal is customer service and cash flow flexibility for the consumer. Most electric companies will give the customer two options: pay their bill in full or be shut off. That is not the case with Reach Energy. We strive to be as flexible with payments as the customer needs us to be and allow weekly (or even more frequent) payments if necessary to fit a customer’s budget. As a family-owned business, we have chosen to keep our call center in Arlington, Texas, to insure that we can provide jobs for local folks, as well as the best customer experience possible.
