We then provide Mortgage services through our licensed Broker offering over 7 lenders once the credit has been restored. We also have licensed Realtors who then help with the completion of securing a home. Within these services we purchase, remodel and resell homes that meet our clients needs, expectations, and desires. We currently have a few small private investors that assist with funds for the purchase of homes but our currently looking for more as we do not have enough homes to service our current client base. We our looking to expand our Home purchasing side to service our clients and also looking for capital to build a small portfolio of rental homes.

We are one of the only companies to even service all that we do under one umbrella. We create home buyers through our credit company and then service them with our Realtor and Mortgage Broker instead of competing with 500 other agents for the few good quality buyers out there. We also service a few investors doing local Flips and rentals. We are looking at expanding all areas but primarily Credit Repair and Investing as those area drive the business model.
