Description:
Grandma Nellie's was founded by Nellie Shurgot, when she began to make her baked goods to sell along side old clothes she was selling at a nearby flea market. As time went on, it became apparent to Grandma Nellie that the baked goods were her best selling items since each week she brought more and more of her delicious baked goods to the flea market at the request of other sellers and her customers. Grandma Nellie was grateful for this because it allowed her to ditch the old clothes and concentrate solely on her baked goods. Each week Grandma Nellie sold out of every baked good that she would bring to the flea market. As the demand for her baked goods grew, she began to take orders by telephone in order to better satisfy the "sweet" needs of her ever-growing customer base. Grandma Nellie
