Description:
The Craftsman Development Company is forming to take advantage of Real Estate Opportunities in Louisville, Kentucky by utilizing the talents of two artisan woodworkers and a seasoned construction foreman. With intimate knowledge of the Louisville Market and impeccable taste, our stated goal is to transform exisiting average residential spaces IN PROVEN NEIGHBORHOODS into exceptional showplaces.
I am a nine year RE/MAX veteran sales agent sick of selling random homes. I know what sells, why, and where and I want to put my expertise into action. I have a trusted Professional Home Inspector and incredible marketing skills.
Louisville is staying level as the rest of the country flounders and there are numerous HUGE development projects happening downtown - a new arena, Museum Plaza, and Waterfront Park. Old Louisville contains the largest Victorian Neighborhood in the nation with over a square mile of Brick and Stone Victorian homes side by side, block by block, and backs up to the University of Louisville.
I escaped bankruptcy six years ago when the telecommunication bubble burst - did not file but lost almost everything. Have climbed back to comfort but not to wealth. My family is backing me and my first CDC project will be happening this fall but gods what I could do with more.
That's it.
