I am starting a Real Estate and Development Company I have two real estate construction deals in place right now and I need to find a way to fund these two deals. one project requires 1.3 millions to put together. the project will be completed in 6 to 8 months and will yeild $300,(URL removed)+ in profits. the other project requires 2.4 millions to put through and it will be completed in 12 to 14 months and will yeild $400,(URL removed) to $500,(URL removed).
