My company buys real estate in emerging markets. I now have 4 single family homes, 1 triplex, 15 unit apt. building, a 4 plex and a duplex in New Orleans. I am now more interested in growing my number of multiunits. There are so many foreclosures/preforeclosures in the market today. I would provide what I see as a large rental population for the next few years. I've done a lot of research and have determined the 2 - 3 markets that I'd like to concentrate on. What I need is capital. I'd like to make it a win-win for everyone involved. I'm looking for long term committments and relationships with investors.
