I am currently trying to raise money to launch a Web Design, Digital Photography firms to help with Marketing Consulting. Since photography is far reaching, I have been about to find people willing to let my employees take photographs (family, wedding, etc) to supplement the income that we are desperately trying to generate. I have invested a great deal of money and time into the company. I want to run a consulting firm where clients can access novel graphic design materials in order to accomplish their marketing goals. To make this dream a reality, I need to find 3-5 investors willing to invest between $7500 and $1500 each in order to hire a staff that I do not have to baby to get to work on time and accomplish their tasks. I never thought getting a little working capital would be this difficult, and I have inveseted everything I have into the company. I would love to see it succeed and I know it can. I have an Ivy League Degree from Columbia University and need approximately $50,000 (which is conservative... $150,00 would be ideal as I do not want to limit myself to Marketing) in working capital by the end of the week or I will have to shut the doors. I have a business plan and am working on articles of incorporation if anyone would like to review them with me. The Main problem I run into is that employees I hire want a 50% stake in the company or they do not want to work and they have no idea what they are getting into. I would appreciate any help you can give. I am excellent and producing images and promoting all phases of marketing! I have invested everything I have, but unfortunately it has never been a substantial amount of money at one time to get the ball rolling. I have the connections to build signs for companies, access to radio and news sources to promote companies and innovative and exciting plans to help businesses in this area flourish.
