Description: My company is in the establishment stage. We specialize in Youth programming with a focus on the Arts, including professional-oriented training for career and college potential and sports-specific cross-training. Our vision includes dance, music, theater, and a fine art gallery, which would also be home for the installation of an American early-mid twentieth century master's complete life's work from prints/paintings to sculptures. I have had successful endeavors in the Chicago-area (5+yrs), and in Reno NV (3yrs where my company was voted Best Performing Arts business in the city), yet none of those operations were supported by sustainable capital-investment funding. The outcome at each previous venture was student success at the highest levels of excellence (including recipients of college and career-oriented scholarships to prestigious programs such as the University of Cincinnati Music/Dance Department; and acceptance to professional schools like The National Ballet School of Canada, and Schools connected with Ballet West, Ballet Arizona, Ballet Austin, and others. We are seeking to establish a permanent location in southeast Iowa in order to develop a School for the Performing Arts that will allow talented youth to experience and gain the necessary skills and training for college and career consideration at the highest levels of the industry. The need for excellence in training at early ages is now an industry standard, if you would like to leave a legacy, contribute to a community's development, provide yourself a return based upon growth longevity and stability of purpose, then please contact me regarding The Training Centre, as it is a new-breed of non-profit Arts and Education Organization that seeks to have an impact on the community. My original business was destroyed by an arson in 2010, it was on track to be a "profitable non-profit school" - much like a smaller version of such schools as "The Rock School" in Philadelphia, and "Harrid Conservatory" in Florida. At that time I made a two-fold mistake: (one) being under-insured, and (two) allowing myself to become involved in the lease-option-to-buy a building with someone who on the surface appeared "above-board" yet they allowed "gang-members and gang-associations" into/onto the premises without my being informed or aware of what was actually happening; as a result my studios were robbed, the building was arsoned; and I lost everything. So I am now ready to rebuild! I am seeking re-starting funds to establish my school in a new location in the MidWest, a small micropolitan area that is emerging from the last several years of economic downturn with some very promising business, community, and cultural arts prospects and endeavors! I am seeking an ANGEL who would like to see what funding a school, based upon professional-oriented Arts training, will do for the youth and entire community! - The long-term effective influence in an entire community is the core of my vision - I my own life the prospect of becoming a professional performing artist enabled me to get out of a detrimental situation in my youth/teens. This experience has prompted my efforts (this is now my third attempt) to establish a school for the performing arts that will have real community impact on the lives of kids and culture of a community. All I need is someone who has the guts to believe it and the perseverance to fund it! Please contact me at your convenience. Thank you. Thank you! and THANK YOU!
