Description: Executive Summary At A.D. World Labs, our mission is to provide underserved low and fixed income families the oral healthcare they deserve. Through an approach that expands the boundaries of traditional healthcare by offering an affordable alternative, and teaching urban and rural residents about the connection between their oral hygiene and its impact on their overall health. We know the patients who will come through our doors can benefit tremendously from this approach to healthcare. The incentive for affordable dentistry (A.D. World Labs) was an ordinary circumstance - demand. In my 30+ years experience as a dental professional I have seen the demand first hand. In Baltimore communities which included members of all races, we discovered that the majorities in poor health were low and fixed income. People that just do not have the resources to have regular check ups, and never visit their dentist except for emergencies. A.D World Lab is taking a unique approach, and teaming up with a number of local and national organizations for information and outreach. We are discussing ongoing strategies that led us to the formation of our Affordable Dental practices nationwide, a program that focuses on dental check ups, preventive care that promotes health and wellness for a better overall quality of life. These practices will be staffed by a Dentist, Dental Assistant and/or a Dental Hygienist, Dental Lab Technicians, and Receptionists. A.D. World Labs has an existing set of desired outputs, outcomes, and impact that include the following: -Achieve 100 Percent ratio of check-ups of individuals who enter our practice. -Reduce incidence of undiagnosed, Periodontitis, Gingivitis, Cavities, and Plaque. -Promote and provide appropriate health information and education. -Eliminate barriers to allow all U.S Citizens access to healthcare. -Effectively use and coordinate the expertise and resources of coalition partners. -Achieve a net income of $1M per practice by year two (conservative). The Next Step A.D. World Labs is offering a truly unique opportunity for an equity partner to come onboard and help make a difference in people’s lives. A.D. is seeking an initial investment of $75,000 for an equity stake of 20% in the company. However, for the right partner the Principal Officer’s will consider an equity stake of 50% for the resources to expand nationwide. A.D. World Labs LLC would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes: -Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc) Please contact our Executive Director listed below for more detailed information.
