I have a plan to start a business in Park Central Square. The building that I am attempting to purchase is over 10,000 sq ft. It has a basement which I would turn into a Irish Pub. The first floor and mezanine would be a restaurant by day and early evening, and a club by night. The mezanine would be perfect for a VIP area.
