A pilot for a television show being pitched to Showtime. It's an hour long, scripted comedy/drama about two aspiring male actors trying to pave their way to stardom in Chicago. Chicago is quickly becoming the new 'Hollywood' and JC & Cali want their slice of the pie. The show is a journey following the pursuits through all of their self-created adversity - alcoholism, immature social behavior, neglect for basic obligations, frivolous spending, etc. - as it progresses and conquers through it to ultimately overcome.
It's a cross between Entourage, Californication, and Shameless.
