Area 51 I.E. will offer the opportunity for indoor sports and adventure activities within a 30 mile radius around North San Diego County. North San Diego County is absent this type of opportunity with the closest alternative in San Diego, thus not serving the North San Diego County area. Our target clientele will be for young adults and regional organized sports programs. We anticipate that North San Diego County has 800,000 people falling into this category and believe there is an unfilled market for this population. Members of our executive team have over 10 years of experience in customer facing services and feel we can provide a unique service oriented customer experience. Further our management team has previously demonstrated ability to grow sales and margin for various retail oriented businesses. With a market of over 1,000,000 target clients in North San Diego.
