Description:
The goal of JODU’s Guesthouse is to become the preferred eco-friendly small lodging choice in New Providence and the Bahamas. We plan to achieve this by creating an atmosphere which differentiates
from others through our consistency in exceptional personal service, the showcasing and preservation of our Bahamian culture, the history of our site “Morrow Castle”, as well as reinvesting in the Fort Charlotte community through implementing an environmental stewardship programs, along with providing employment and entrepreneurship mentoring opportunities to community members.
At JODU’s we plan to be more than a guesthouse; but a beacon in the community. A place where guests (local and international) can embrace the Bahamian experience, through our lodging, dining and cultural events.
By focusing on our service and goals, and the introduction of this concept to the many visitors that come to our shores and traffic the area, we anticipate a higher than average occupancy rate.
JODU’s Guesthouse a startup property (inspired by stories told by the Late Fr. Dunstan N.A. Burrows (Former Rector of the Church of the Most Holy Spirit in Chippingham) about his childhood memories of Eleuthera), will be a wholly owned entity of Premier Hospitality. A Limited Liability Company formed for the development and management of environmentally friendly boutique properties throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean.
