Description:
This would be a bar/restaurant/recreation business. There is another such business that is extremely profitable in the local area so I am looking at areas 20-30 minutes away. It would be set in a tropical theme and have sand volleyball and sand dodgeball courts. I have a conservative business plan that I have complete faith in being nothing less that complete success, even in the present economy.
