The Business Venture proposal I have created is much like a REIT (real estate investment trust.) The business would consist of either purchasing Non Performing Assets (NPA) from distress Lender at a significant discount, no more than 40 cents on the dollar. Restructure these loans using a loan program which I have created which will revolutionize the current Mortgage Industry. This loan will allow for the homeowner to stay in their home and have the security of a payment they qualify for and understand. Substantial revenues can be generate not only in the short run by restructuring the loan but additional revenues in the future by servicing the loans. The start up cost are minimal and the potential market share is tremendous.
