Description:
I am in the starting stages of this business (getting all of ducks in a row). I have thought about this for some time now and I want to start up an luxury hotel and spa. I have not decided on the location as of yet, however I have just completed my site plan for the hotel. With my calculations I will be requiring a piece of property around 60 acres, and on these grounds will include the hotel(main house) as well as 4 seperate villas to start with. Their will be plenty of activities on the grounds such as fishing, horseback riding, boating, atv riding, ect. I have all of the financials and figures for any investor that might be intrested.
