Description: Hoppified is going to shake up the craft beer world and take hop farming to another level. Hoppified will be one the first hi tech hydroponic commercial indoor hop farms in the country. We will make a better hop than the world has ever seen and followed by the best beer ever made. Traditionally hops only grow well in a few places such as Yakima Washington or New Zealand and harvest once a year. A traditional commercial hop farm exceeds well over 500 acres. Through science and technology we can save, time, space, water, resources, increase production all while elevating quality and leaving a much smaller carbon footprint. A typical outdoor hop farm can produce on average up to 1400 hop plants per acre. Our indoor farm can produce over 17,000 plants per acre. With a controlled indoor environment Hoppified will create a new variety of Mega Hops that will set the bar for then generation of hops. Hoppified is a San Diego based company with over 170 breweries locally we will service to get started. We currently are planning on starting with a 15+ acre property in the heart of the wine district of Temecula. This will be destination place for tourists, beer geeks, pro brewers, home brewers and more. This property will host up to 3 acres of indoor hydroponic hop farm sporting the latest technology in farming. The farm will reserve 10 acres of outdoor farming for comparison hops as well as other vegetables and citrus. The Hoppified Farm will have an event space with a simple brewpub featuring a small brewery for brewers and the public for flavor tasting. Our brewpub will feature local breweries using our hops and will be used to work with brewers on new flavor profiles for their next beers. This is the future of craft beer and we have a plan to lead the way. Our plan requires 5 Million to start and will grow to 100 Million dollar company inside of 8 years with strategic expansion.
