We are a prime contractor for Cox Communications and Charter Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable). We provide construction services and engineering services. We are a Nevada corporation, but operate in California. We have an office in N San Diego county and Ventura county. We have 23 employees and 12 contractors that provide these services. I started the business in 2000 back in Illinois. I worked from coast to coast and finally settled in California in 2007. I hired my first employee in 2010.
I am seeking funding to payoff current MCA debt and other lingering debt. I am also seeking funding to grow. Our current growth is being held back due to these debts, old equipment and lack of working capital to meet our customers demand to take on more work. Both customers are wanting us to take on more projects, but I am currently unable to meet those requests. I need to hire more personnel and purchase new equipment. Thank you.
