Description: THE BROTHERHOOD BREWERY will be dedicated to military veteran employment and presenting Culver City with a craft beer to be proud of. We will be owned and operated by military veterans who will brew, bottle, distribute, and sell on-site, craft beers, plus serve draft beer to walk-in clientele 7 days a week in our state of the art tap room. As the only veteran owned and managed brewery in the country, our main sales goal will be the distribution of beer into the military Post Exchange system which distributes consumer goods to ALL American military bases worldwide. The PX system has a total of 3100 stores worldwide with an outreach to over 2.5 million uniformed personnel and their families. Our secondary mission will be helping vets understand entrepreneurship, by on the job training, and phasing into franchising Brotherhood Brew Pubs into regional and national markets within 3-5 years. Our proposed location of Culver City, California, sits in the middle of the very desirable, young, trendy, and affluent demographic of West Los Angeles, which includes Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, Century City, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, and West Hollywood. We will not only be a tourist attraction for the west side, but embody the heart and soul of an underground beer community in Culver City that is without a voice. As a vet, being a member of the military means being part of the world’s largest brotherhood, and that also means being my brother’s keeper. It is our intention to donate a percentage of retail sales of all beer and merchandise sold to a veteran’s charity of our choosing.
