Our pilot project, the Capz En-Closure is now ready for licensing. At the conclusion of the licensing segment of Capz, we plan to begin development on a unique communications device known to us as the “Call Alert” technology. This innovative award winning communications technology as developed by the physics and engineering department at the University of British Columbia - Vancouver, has over $250,000.00 in advanced engineering and is currently patent pending. Bose Corporation has reviewed the design and has requested to be first in line to review further the technology once patents secured and the technology is readied for consumer use. The proprietary technology for the “Call Alert” SR technology has already been spun-off into a security locking mechanism that we believe rivals that of even the Lexus and BMW security systems. The “Mag Lawk” security system was also pre-engineered at U.B.C. and awaits further development. Our focus is one invention at a time and Capz is but the first of many of our innovations that we plan to further develop and profit from. What truly sets us apart from other start-ups is the shear number of profitable inventions that we already own and have had previously developed. As the company grows larger and financially strong enough to bear the weight, we will then consider multiple development projects. With adequate investment in place an R&D facility is in planning and our goals with this facility is to always have one project in marketing, one project in development and one project in design. As one invention is licensed or sold-outright, another one initiated. The attached ISPI Invention list features the working titles of what we consider to be the top innovations (to date) of the over 600 (and counting) that I have conceived. This list does not include my latest concepts like my new commercial Grease-Less Deep Fryer or my Internet sign-in concept that will revolutionize the way children and persons in general sign in to secure websites. Effectively, this proprietary software concept will all but eliminate the ability for pedophiles and perverts to enter children’s websites and chat rooms and negate the need for usernames, passwords and other so-called personal identifiers to fill in before signing in websites in general. Our business plan is being up-dated to cover all that has happened as of late and all that we plan to make happen in the years to come.
