These properties are purchased at substantial discount, renovated using cost-conscious, but value-minded improvements and sold at retail.
Multifamily properties that fit our criteria for rentals will be rented at market rents, managed and maintained in our portfolio as long-term rentals.
Growth will be financed by leveraging equity positions in owned properties and from the profits of property sales.
Acquisition loans will be secured by properties in the form of a mortgage. As properties are renovated and equity positions are increased, we will refinance to absorb any renovation loans.
