Description:
I have been a Sylvan Learning Center franchisee for 20 years. The Stockton center is generally among the top 10-15% performers out of 1000+ centers nationwide. Corporate is now selling off corporate owned centers and I am looking to buy out several in Northern California if they are offered at fair prices.
