Additionally, four trademarks have been filed with the USPTO as well. Our flagship product, the FACEMATE™ monitor accessory (D620,011) has won two international awards for “Innovative Excellence” from the INPEX® tradeshow (Pittsburgh, PA). Our first national retail is Skymall® and they will feature FACEMATE™ from October 1st thru December 31, 2010. As we enter this operational phase of hyper-growth, launching our national campaign, Iconic Tsunami is seeking private capital in exchange for up to 20% ownership of the company (Class A preferred units). FACEMATE™ is now airing its first Direct Response Television (DRTV) commercial test market campaign. The commercial campaign will be featured in five major commercial markets: Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, New York and New Jersey. FACEMATE™ can now display the "As seen on TV" label, as product familarity is key to consumers. Additionally, FACEMATE™ is "Made in America."
