Our company works for the banks on the foreclosed home side of the business, as you know this is a huge booming business! I have been around for one year and have grown fast, I can not grow anymore due to capital. I do not get paid for work that is completed for about 90 days from our clients. We start from the eviction all the way until it is ready to sell again. We also have a client that will let us take it a step further and help prepare for the auction by setting up the posters and signs. We also keep up and maintain the properties every two weeks or so. We have at anytime about 50~150 work orders ready to be complete. If I had the help of other sub-contractors It could be much more then that. My clients want us to expand but unfortunetally we can't at this time due to capital. I do not want to see the business go to some one else due to the money.
