Description: History Built in the 1970’s, Minder Binders, over the years is has been the college hangout, concert venue, the great burger place, and most of all, the place to get away from it all. The unique décor gives you something new to see with every visit. As if group of Airlines pilots looking for a place to have a beer and relax on their way home from work left something behind from their travels. This landmark restaurant Minder Binders has closed its doors. It’s been the hang-out since the 70’s for all those who loved the flare of their youth and then some. The building has 2 floors, full kitchen, DJ booth (in and out), dance floor, several bars, volleyball court, and all the antiques of yesteryear. Over View As you can see Minder Binders has very long history in the Tempe Community. We are going to revive the landmark and breathe new life with a face lift that will make it look new again keeping with its nostalgic aura. Minder Binders will be the new hang out for Tempe. With all the history and old client base, we will be the sure stop that people will want to go to for old memories, the new layout, concert events, and wine bar. Outside Venue The back area of Minder Binders previously hosted a valley ball court. We are going to change the area to an Out Door Venue with a local bar hangout ambience. We are constructing an extended bar with raised patio deck, intended for VIP seating. The second floor will be adorned with contemporary southwest architecture accordingly to provide the VIP feel yet keep with the nuance of the establishment. In front of the stage will be grass to providing a backyard feel similar to Cricket Pavilion. Entertainment For the entertainment of the venue we have very strong ties with Warner Bros., Relentless Beats, and Live Nation. The acts we will be bringing in will be of national status. Warner Bros. We have at disposal a booking agent from their record label. This contact will be employed by Minder Binder handling all bookings. Relentless Beats Relentless Beats is the leading booking agent for electronic music AZ. Stray Vibration has had a working relationship with them for 5 years. Relentless Beats, LLC is a corporate entity that is based in Scottsdale, AZ and has been in business since its conception in 1996. As a company it provides superior quality marketing, planning and promotions to many of the nation’s elite nightclubs and music venues. Specializing in global genre of “Electronic Dance Music” and other related events. It is the state’s leader in overall production development and execution. Live Nation Live Nation handles all of the bookings for Cricket Pavilion and many major venues across the nation. Live Nation's mission is to maximize the live concert experience for artists, fans and sponsors. Our core business is buying and producing artist rights and monetizing those rights via our global distribution pipe. Additional Information about the company can be found at (URL removed) Steak House Restaurant The steak house will be keeping the Minder Binder décor to retain business and bring in new clientele due to its nostalgic quality. The food will be refined yet quant, as not to deter upscale diners yet comfortable for your average burger shop connoisseur. The kitchen is still keeping it simple and cost effective. In the restaurant area we are remodeling the entrance. Removal of a dilapidated beverage walk-in and cumbersome walls is necessary. A newly constructed half circle bar will connect the north and south areas. This impressionable galley will provide more room for patrons to order drinks while waiting to be seated, as well as providing dinning space at the bar for small parties. The remodel will result in wheel-chair accessibility (ADA compliance), and will help conduct traffic throughout the restaurant. Enticing quests to explore the venue and eventually leading them to the rear entertainment. Wine Bar The upstairs Minder Binders will be a wine bar. This will bring a deferent demographic to the establishment. Keeping with the relaxed environment similar to Kashmirs of Scottsdale, Minder Binder will capture the Tempe wine drinker. Hosting a new genre to the Tempe region, which, has yet to be captured. An anticipated wine closet and storage will be installed and provide private storage for clientele who frequent Minder Binders, and instantly give a sense of ownership to patrons.
