TOA is currently made up of only 6 full time employees and a contractor development team that is a Microsoft Gold Partner, who developed much of Microsoft Outlook, and sits on their strategy panel. TOA personnel are the same core team that started TRC with only $27k and turned it into the number 1 Object Technology firm in the United States (according to the OMG),and the number 36 firm in the INC 500 in 1996 prior to selling for over $40 million to Perot Systems.
