Start-up looking to take advantage of the low housing costs. Currently focusing efforts in both Michigan and Florida. Currently have an investment in a Condo in Celebration Florida. (Note: Celebration Florida is the Disney community of the future) Wanting to use this money $100,000 to purchase 2 higher quality properties during this calendar year. The properties will be rented to generate income. I am looking at a short term on this loan of 5 years or less. My exit strategy of course is to first be repaying the loan both principal and interest on a monthly basis from the proceeds as well as turn a tidy profit when they are either sold or refinanced at the end of the 5 year period.
