I am the CEO of Highway 36 Entertainment. Hwy36ent started out as a promotion company booking live acts, but is now a multi-layered entertainment company.
We are a company based out of Monmouth County, NJ that intends to be a provider of content for music, film, books, TV, and games. We are a company whose sole interest is to sign, promote, develop, and market independent artists in various industries. Our first foray is that of the music business where we are seeking an independent artist/band to sign, promote, and market the content all over the world.
We plan to achieve these points coming from a business model that is truly unique. Our artists will only sell their respected content EXCLUSIVELY online via internet retailers. For example, our signing of Hwy36ent's first act will be sold exclusively through Amazon, iTunes, Rhapsody, and many more. Doing this decreases the cost of manufacturing, shipping, and production of physical formats such as CDs and DVDs, and instead focuses on the artist getting airplay, touring, and most importantly assistance on getting ahead in the music business.
