Description:
I am currently trying to sell my business to fund another venture. I have an opportunity to acquire 50% of a Colorado Corporation that is out of money and stock to sell for any more capital. This company, Pacific Treasures Unlimited, has been involved in a search for Gold and other treasures buried on a site in the Philippines by the Japanese in WWll. I have been involved for a couple of years watching from the sidelines as they were always underfunded, and without a principle of the company staying on site. They have been working several other years previous also to no avail. We had an eye witness to the site from the war, Pol Giga, who was assigned to the Japanese General in charge of hididng the loot. Pol logged in most of the treasure that is on the site and accounted for 400 metric tons of gold bullion, in addition to jewels, silver, an possibly platinum also on the site. Pol also provided us the map of the site and tunnel locations. They thought they had a find this last fall but again came up empty. The metal detection equipment has been lacking in the abilities to pinpoint the locations the treasure is hidden due to the make up of the Philippine soils. There is now some new technology available that is supposed to work much better in these soils.
Pacific Treasures Unlimited is a 30% owner in the site as it is today. The other portions of the site are owned by the Philippine Government, and one of the large Philippine Central Banks. We know we are very close to a recovery as we have intersected the Japanese tunnels which are all back filled. We just need more money to complete the job PTU started. We need PTU to keep all the contracts etc. in place and retain control of the property. We have immediate needs of $25,000.00 to keep the site and renew business licenses etc. We would like to get the PTU stock holders informed as to what we are trying to do also. A board decision can make the move to let us acquire the 50% we deem necessary to proceed. In total we think our plan will get us the first recovery in short order once we are on the site. We feel the necessary funding will be $250,000.00. I will be putting in as much as I can with the sale of my business.
I will look forward to hearing from you as I'm sure there will be questions.
Thank you,
John Sandstrom
