As you may know, South Florida is home to some of the best restaurant cuisine in the United States. The idea of a small contemporary bistro is nothing out of the ordinary here in South Florida but as far as moderately priced bistro in the Palm Beach area, that is unheard of. The concept of our restaurant is fairly basic besides the new-age contemporary twist on each dish. As far as the menu, we have devised certain dishes that will entice a varied customer base. From our braised dishes to fresh pan-seared seafood our customers will enjoy tasty health conscience dishes at a fraction of the market price. Our number one goal, besides being the #1 South Florida Restaurant, is to deliver a memorable dish that will make our customers leave our establishment with all intentions to return for
