This is an advent corporation. This is not related to my partnership role as CTO in Cryptocybernetics, LLC. I will be falling to a consulting and board of directors role at my existing firm if this is funded and take on a project management role on the ground in Ukraine. We have looked at this project on and off for over three years and with recent changes in January 2008 it is now feasible to solicit the magnitude of outside investment required for successful relationships to make an adequate long term ROI. While we do not have a current business plan, much of the detail has been worked out and modified to match changes in "The Law of Ukraine". I have a major partner and a minor partner for this venture in place in Ukraine with connections to the local government and business entities. I
