Description: Residual Rental Opportunity ability to own 20-40 units that will generate $20-$80k per month residual income for 20+ years Looking for Investor or Investors who are interested in affordable rental units for huge residual income. I currently own and operate (URL removed) we are a prefab guest house company that manufactures custom guest houses for use as Residual rentals, Granny Flats, Guest studios and much more. I currently have 1 development locked in (200+ acres owned outright) where we can put anywhere from 10-80 Prefab house units as residual rentals that we would own. I am looking for one Investor or a group of investors to fund the wholesale cost of the units and split monthly profits shares accordingly. I have the land, the manufacturing and the knowledge to get these units rented or sold very easily. I just need the capital to finance the hard cost of the units. I'm basically looking for 200k-1,600,000k depending on how many units we initially do. Overview: These units can generate $10,000-$80,000 a month income. Attached below are the projections we can do with my guest house units as residual rentals. We can do anywhere from 5-40 units to start and rent them out or sell them outright for $40,000-65,000 each with financing I have arranged. The bottom line is we can have these units pay for themselves in less than 2 yrs and be making anywhere from $8,000 -$32,000 month residual income once the units are paid off. Ideally we would be able to offer 1 - 5 yr lease to own options arrange financing and sell all the units. These units can be rented at a conservative price point of $650-$1000 a month which is an ideal solution for cheap affordable housing in our current economy.
