Now this is a difficult test to do in uirne. Th.e present methods are difficult This results is the tests takes weeks or months to report.
I have revived colorimetric and fluorometric method of 30's and 40's. Fitting these methods into modern instrumentation allows the rapid screening of urine. Separating specimens that are negative from those that indicate possible anabolic steroid abuse.
After a positive screening test the presence of an anabolic steroid would be cnfirmed by LC/MSMS
