I am a 19 year sophomore at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. I have found a niche in Athens that is a waiting duck begging to be exploited. To make a long story short Athens needs a cigar lounge in it's downtown area. The community demands it and it is just a matter of time before they get one. I (roughly) estimated that I would need about $800,000 in equity financed venture capital if renting, more if buying, to start this business. Though still in the concept development stage, I have named it Speakeasy and foresee huge profit potential in such a venture.
