Hello,
I have been in the hospitality business for twenty three years at the highlest level's of operational management. Most recently, the past fifteen years, I have been a part of Famous Dave's BBQ. Dave and i started it in 1993, and most recently I was a franchisee, owning five units and had the rights to open twelve more.
I am starting a hospitality recruiting business focused on restaurants, hotels, cruise shifts and casino's. I am need of small start-up capital to get this business off the feet and the amount, roughly $25,000 is to small to take to a traditional bank. I am willing to pay premium interest and I plan on having this re-paid in a short time.
