Description: We provide Airport Parking with a complimentary free shuttle to and from the airport at rates lower than what the airport charges for short-term rates mostly 50% or more cheaper than the airport. Our lots are off airport but easily accessible but closer to the terminals. Some will be curbside valet lots parking the cars indoors. We are seeking funding to open about 10new locations this year 2018. We have a proof of concept I. Our currently operating locations in Dallas and Memphis markets. Our business model is to open small parking (less than 1000 parking spots) lots around the nation’s airports. We estimated about $150k per location to get it going. The plan is that once we get to 10 lots and they have at least 1year financials which is about end of 2019 we are able to either sell the business to a fund or go public as a business. We have a proven system that is ready and can open a new lot as soon as we get a parking lot to lease for now.
