I need a $800,000 investment to purchase an existing business. The business is a convenient store that has been at its location for about 14 years with each owner retiring. The business has a loyal customer base with each summer seeing an increase in sales. The store features beer, liquor, wine, pizza, subs, and salads. The current managers are making $13 or more an hour which I think is vastly over paid. I worked at this store for about 3 years. I an a partner would be the co-owners as well as the main employees at the store. We both currently work 10-12 hour days 4-5 days a week so we are used to the long hours. We also plan on hiring two other employees at minimum wage, most likely high schoolers from the local high school.
The repayment plan is negotiable.
The current owner is retiring because of physical complications. The hours would be from 7am-11pm Sun-Thurs and 7am-12pm or later pending business on Fri and Sat.
