Initially started as Allegro Concierge Services, the business was designed to provide customers with a host of extensive, personalized services. In November 2004, a CruiseOne franchise was added to enhance our travel services offered. After adding the franchise, we were surprised by the number of requests we received for travel other than cruises. As a response to that market we are transitioning to a full-fledged travel agency.
In addition to the great customer service we already provide, our specialty travel markets include: Tour Packages, Disability Travel and Gay & Lesbian Travel. We will also offer basic travel agency services.
An additional website loaded with relevant travel content is planned to make us competitive.
