Description:
I have rehabed 4 houses here in Valdosta, Ga. Sold 2, have 1 rented and moved into the fourth. Now is a bad time to be selling houses so I am trying to aquire a 24 unit appartment complex that would provide cash flow after all expenses are paid. The cash folw will allow me to continue investing and allow me to acquire more properties.
