I would like to establish efficient construction techniques in the US Gulf region and in the Dominican Republic. Using a method that will eliminate most of the intensive movement of heavy concrete blocks in this hurricane environment. The new techniques allow for houses as strong or stronger than the conventional construction. I would like to demonstrate this construction intially, then develop local partners to help erect a factory for the forms that are used in the construction method.
