Description:
I plan on opening a building where artists can rent rooms on a monthly or hourly basis. There are some buildings in and around the chicago land area that are very successful and even some that have waiting lists to get in them. I want to design a place that will be in high demand. It will be a comfortable, desirable place where artists can come to create. There are many buildings for sale in the area I plan on starting up at and now is a great time for property acquisition. I have the funds to design a small building but I have a greater vision and want to design a larger more comfortable place that will be able to bring in more money. I have found a few places that I really fell are great and could easily bring in 30,000 - 60,000 an month. I just need someone who is willing to help me with by investing in my plan.
