Description:
We started out teaching students vocal training, guitar, bass, piano and showmanship. Recording studio's were struggling in the area and going out of business due to technology that allowed bands to record themselves. Their ego's wouldn't think of having a producer to enhance their songs and make them sound professional. My concept had the other recording studio's baffled. My ex-wife and I had a school of music which started in our basement in 1995 and grew into a million dollar company. My ingenious concept was to enroll a student. After gaining their trust and respect after a few months, I would approach them on recording an album on CD. We had a studio A and a studio B. It got to be where we were booked solid with 3 vocal teachers, 2 engineers and me as the guitar and bass teacher.

Description:
My main goal is to get a house where I can form a band to get a good agent to get us booked nation wide and record one of the best CD's ever recorded. I have over 300 songs of which I picked out my best 72 and there are 5 albums right off the top if I never wrote another song. A house would also allow me to teach again to suppliment my income besides my social security check for being disabled. I can't teach in a studio apartment. The concept allready worked once. I can make it work again. I need to rent a house, make the living room a studio for recording and teaching. Perfect writeoff.
