I work for a BMW/Mini specialty shop that does approx. $1.8M annually. However, the owner's do not wish to grow. We are located in a town that is not optimal for growth or our business in general for that matter. I would like to open another facility in a better location that is very comparable in operation but has a greater overall capacity and is better suited for more BMW customers to do business. This could also include servicing other German brands such as Mercedes and Audi considering we get a fair amount of phone calls from car owners asking if we will work on theirs.
