We provide pulse drying technology. For silica, which is used in tire manufacturing, our pulse dried silica improves tensile strength in tire rubber by as much as 30%. It also promotes greater wear and heat dissipation. However, these enhancements can be manipulated to create softer tires which grip the roadbed better - a much sought-after trait by racecar drivers. Pulse drying can also cut energy usage in paper drying by at least 40% and perhaps as much as 60%. Other applications abound - anywhere that spray drying is presently used.
