Description:
Archive is a food and beverage concept that will be unlike anything that Des Moines currently offers. It’s a higher end sports and entertainment grill. Think ESPNZONE with style, class and sofistication without pretention. Archive will give DesMoines a taste of big city flare with the feel of local warmth. I have secured a nationally recognized consulting company, Leap Hospitality, to assist with the concept development and implementation. Their team has worked on concepts such as Rainforest Café, Makers Mark Lounge, and the NASCAR Café’. I have done detailed analysis that indicates I can return a net profit on an annual basis of approximately $300K based on $3M in annual sales. Our plan is to eventually roll the concept out to several markets in the Midwest.
